MOCAP and Virtual Instruction

The Missouri Course Access and Virtual School Program (MOCAP) have developed a catalog of virtual online courses for students. Students can take an entire course from any Internet-connected computer, available 24 hours a day and seven days a week.  LAUNCH is Strasburg C-3 School District’s preferred provider.
