PUBLIC PARTICIPATION ON AGENDA ITEMS
OLD BUSINESS
A. Policy 2673 was approved 7-0.
B. 2023-2024 Teacher Salary Schedule was approved 7-0.
C. 2023-2024 Classified Salary Schedule was approved 6-1, Marilyn McClure voted no.
D. McKinstry Project Updates were presented.
NEW BUSINESS
A. 2023-2024 Science Textbook purchase was approved 6-1, Marilyn McClure voted no.
B. The board voted to Amend the 2022-2023 to Actual, 7-0.
C. 2023-2024 Budget was approved 6-1, Marilyn McClure voted no.
D. 2023-2024 Faculty Handbook was approved 7-0.
E. 2023-2024 PAT Contract was not approved 7-0.
F. The board voted to change the normal monthly meeting dates to the following: September 14, October 24, & December 14. Approved 7-0.
G. Live Streaming of Board Meetings was discussed and tabled until September 2023.
H. Political Subdivision Taxes were discussed.
The board adjourned to go into closed session pursuant to RSMo. 610.021(3) for hiring, disciplining, or promoting.
CLOSED SESSION
The board approved the closed session minutes from the April 17, 2023 meeting.
A. The board approved the hiring of Julie Ann as the District’s Paraprofessional for the 2023-2024 school year.
B. The board voted to end the closed session and return to the open session.
