As part of ongoing support for families, the good people of Compass Health have reached out to the Strasburg C-3 School District to provide support for our students and families.
Compass Health Network is a nonprofit healthcare organization that provides a full continuum of behavioral health services as well as primary and dental health services throughout Missouri.
Team members include:
-Integrated Health Specialist
-Psychiatrist or Nurse Practitioner
-Nurse
-Therapist
-Family Support Provider
