Any students K-6th that would be interested in youth volleyball, cheer, or flag football can sign up to play through the Lone Jack Athletic Association today at www.ljathletics.com.

The Strasburg C-3 School District is accepting applications for substitute positions for the 2023-2024 School Year. The district is seeking substitutes in the following areas: Teachers, Paraprofessionals, and Food Service. Applications may be downloaded from the district website under human resources.

Parents As Teachers Families & Grades K-2 Please join us for Popsicles on the Playground!!! When: Friday, August 11th, 2023 9:00 am to 11:00 am Where: Strasburg Elementary Playground This will be a fun, informal meet and greet with PAT and K-2 teachers and other Strasburg families. We will provide popsicles and fun for the entire family! Please feel free to bring lawn chairs and something to drink. We hope your child(ren) can make it! I look forward to meeting you all! Strasburg C-3 has a part-time assistant cook position open for the 2023-2024 school year. The position will be an hourly position. On student attendance days, hours will be from 7:00 am - 1:00 pm, Tuesday - Friday. If you are interested, please reach out to Dr. Mayfield at cmayfield@strasburg.k12.mo.us. The server and phones continue to be down due to construction. The office will reopen Monday morning.

Due to the server being down for the rest of the week, the board meeting will be moved to July 20th @ 6:00 in the STEAM ROOM. The office will also be closed the rest of the week- we can not work without internet and computer access.

Bus Driver Needed Ecco Ride is looking for a bus driver to run our Lone Jack bus route.

Construction is moving along. The new gym roof has been installed and solar panels are currently being installed. We are ahead of schedule with the remodel project as well!

Compass Health Community Event on Friday, June 23, 2023. Complimentary services include: free dental screenings and extractions, free haircuts, health and mental health screenings, veteran's services, enrollment and renewals for Medicaid, Food Stamps, free legal aid, and unemployment services. Rooms have been cleared and we are ready to bring construction on Tuesday!! A Huge Thank You to teachers and our ABBCO staff for putting in the extra time to get ready for this huge project!!

Youth Fishing Derby

This evening, the PTO will be having a lottery ticket raffle at the music concert. Raffle tickets will be sold in $1, $5, $10, and $20 increments, cash only. You could win $100 worth of scratchers tickets! Proceeds benefit the PTO to help support all the fun things we do for the school! Must be present to win.
